TomAkinz Crest Vault Ltd collects the information you choose to provide when you register interest, register as a realtor or contact us, together with limited source information such as campaign parameters and the referring page.

How we use your information

We use it to respond to your enquiry, share requested project updates, maintain our records and improve how we communicate. For registered realtors, bank and account details are used only to process approved commission payments. We do not sell your personal information.

Realtor payout details

Account names and account numbers supplied by realtors are encrypted when stored, restricted to authorised administrators and excluded from registration emails and dashboard list views. We do not request your BVN, PIN, OTP, card number or online-banking password.

Retention and security

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably required for the purpose for which it was collected and is protected through access controls and reasonable technical safeguards.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or remove your information, or stop receiving project updates, by emailing sales@tomakinzcrestvault.com.
